If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date by weather delay or any not mentioned Reasons, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery, in transit or other causes whatsoever (whether similar to the foregoing or not) beyond the reasonable control of Phoenix.Plux, we shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention, and Phoenix.Plux shall have no liability whatsoever towards the Customer.
